Canceling Your Pearl Diver Subscription
To cancel your Pearl Diver subscription, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Pearl Diver dashboard
2. Navigate to the settings page by clicking the gear icon in the left hand panel

3. Click on Billing & Plans

4. Click Cancel Subscription

5. A new window will pop up with the following message. Click Request to Cancel if you wish to proceed.

6. The following message will appear at the lower right corner confirming cancellation request was sent to our support team.

7. Our support team will send an email within 2 business days verifying your subscription is cancelled.
*If the above steps haven't been actioned before a new billing cycle, subscription charges will still apply.
