Blackpearl Group is a publicly listed data technology company with more than 15 years of experience managing and protecting data. All data within our ecosystem is fully compliant with CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR requirements.

Our Data Co-op operates under strict privacy and consent frameworks. Every participating publisher and partner must implement compliant cookie consent management and privacy policies. All personally identifiable information (PII) is securely hashed prior to integration. Our systems are compatible with leading consent management platforms and downstream activation partners.

Blackpearl Group is a registered Data Broker in all four U.S. states that operate such programs. Additionally, our processes are HIPAA compliant, as we do not collect or transmit any protected health information (PHI).

Intent Data Collection and Processing
Our data pipeline combines de-anonymization technology, form submission data, and authenticated publisher login data within the Data Co-op network. Each user included in this process has explicitly consented to data sharing through compliant cookie and privacy policies.

We analyze behavioral metadata such as page views, visit frequency, and engagement patterns over a defined time window to calculate an intent score. This score quantifies a user’s likelihood of interest in a specific product or service.

Finally, we enhance these records by matching them to our proprietary identity graph. This enables advanced audience segmentation and filtering using additional demographic and firmographic datasets, providing actionable insights while maintaining full privacy compliance.
