How to Export an Audience to Email in Pearl Diver

Once you’ve created an audience in Pearl Diver, you may want to export the data to share it with your team, upload it into another tool, or simply keep a copy for your records. Here’s how to export an audience directly to email.

🛠 Steps to Export Your Audience to Email

  1. Go to Your Audience
    Open the Audiences section in your Pearl Diver dashboard and select the desired audience.

  2. Click “Export data”
    You’ll see an option to Export data at the top right corner. The data will download as a CSV file to your computer.

💡 Things to Know

  • Exports are sent as CSV files, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or uploaded into most CRMs.

  • This process is not automated. Each time you want updated data, you’ll need to repeat the export steps to download a new CSV file.
