How to Log in to your Pearl Diver Account and How to Add Users to your Dashboard

A guide to troubleshooting login issues and inviting team members to your Pearl Diver account

Upon completion of the sign up process, you will receive login access to your account. We recommend bookmarking the Pearl Diver login page.
 
In the Pearl Diver platform, you can add as many team members as you'd like. Instructions for inviting users to your dashboard are below:  
 
💡How to add a user to your Pearl Diver account
  1. Login to your Pearl Diver account
  2. Click the gear icon in the left hand navigation

  3. Click on Users

  4. Click Add User at the top right

  5. Enter the email address you would like to add and click Send Invite

NOTE: The email address must by a Google or Microsoft email address and cannot be an alias email address

If you are receiving an error when trying to login, it could be one of the below:
  1. Your email has not been approved for access yet you won't be able to login.
  2. Pearl Diver users Single Sign On logins, this means that an alias email will not work.
  3. You may be signed in with the wrong account and Single Sign On isn't providing you with a chance to choose your account. You can check this by signing in using an incognito window. If you have this issue you may need to open Google or Microsoft and sign into your desired account here before accessing the Pearl Diver login.
