This integration is designed for developers who need a secure, automated way to move data from Pearl Diver into their AWS infrastructure for further processing or analysis.

✅ Prerequisites

• An AWS account with permissions to create and access S3 buckets.
• An AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key with s3:PutObject permissions.
• An existing S3 bucket to receive the data.

⚡ What you can do

• Export raw web and intent data to AWS S3.
• Authenticate securely with your AWS access and secret keys.
• Configure exports at the bucket level for targeted storage.
• Export high volumes of data, with your audience data staying in sync between Pearl Diver and S3.

🛠️ Set up the integration

1. Log in to Pearl Diver.
2. Go to Actions.
3. Click the AWS S3 action to open the integration configuration screen.
4. Under Action Configuration, enter your Bucket name (must exist and be accessible to your credentials), Access key (your AWS Access Key ID, with write access to the bucket), and Secret (your AWS Secret Access Key, kept confidential).
5. Click Authorize to validate and connect the integration.

Note: The access key and secret you use must have s3:PutObject permission for the target bucket.

Add audience configuration

Once authorized, choose which Pearl Diver audiences export their data to the connected S3 bucket.

• Under Audience Configuration, select one or more audiences to connect.
• Click Update to save.

🔍 Where it appears in S3

Each audience uploads to a folder named audienceName_audienceKey, inside a parent folder named for the audience type: web or intent.
