Once you've completed sign-up, you'll get login access to your account. We recommend bookmarking the Pearl Diver login page: https://pearldiver.blackpearl.com/. Pearl Diver also lets you add as many team members as you need.

💡 Add a user to your Pearl Diver account

1. Log in to Pearl Diver.
2. Click the gear icon in the left-hand navigation.
3. Click Users.
4. Click Add User in the top right.
5. Enter the email address you want to add and click Send Invite.

🔧 If you can't log in

• Not approved yet — your email hasn't been granted access, so login won't work.
• Alias address — Pearl Diver uses single sign-on, and an alias email won't authenticate.
• Wrong account signed in — single sign-on may not prompt you to choose an account. Try an incognito window, or sign in to the right Google or Microsoft account first, then open the Pearl Diver login.
