Once you've built an audience in Pearl Diver, export it to share with your team, load it into another tool, or keep a copy for your records.
⚡ What you get
A CSV file with your audience's full data, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets, or upload into most CRMs.
Export your audience
- Open the audience — Go to Audiences in your Pearl Diver dashboard and select the one you want.
- Click Export Data — It's in the top right corner. The CSV downloads straight to your computer.
Note: Exports aren't automated. Repeat these steps whenever you need an updated file. Pearl Diver doesn't refresh a file you've already downloaded.
