How to Integrate Microsoft Ad Account With Pearl Diver
Authorize Microsoft Advertising from your Pearl Diver dashboard, accept Microsoft's Customer Match Terms, then sync your Pearl Diver audiences to your Microsoft Ads account for targeting.
Connecting Pearl Diver to Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) lets you sync audience segments built in Pearl Diver directly into your Microsoft Ads account, so you can target high-intent audiences with relevant ads.
✅ Prerequisites
- An active Microsoft Ads account, with the authorizing user holding Super Admin or Admin access (preferred) or Ad Manager access.
- At least one audience created in Pearl Diver for the data you want to send through the integration.
- Microsoft's Customer Match Terms accepted in the Microsoft Advertising UI (one-time setup, covered below).
Note: A custom audience takes up to 24 hours to build in Microsoft Ads, and needs at least 300 matched users before targeting takes effect.
Accept the Customer Match Terms (one-time setup)
Microsoft requires you to accept its Customer Match Terms before it will sync any audience.
- Go to the Microsoft Advertising UI.
- Go to Tools → Shared Library → Audiences.
- Click Create Audience List (it can be empty).
- Accept the Customer Match Terms when prompted.
Warning: This step is mandatory. Until you accept the Customer Match Terms, the integration can't send audience data to Microsoft Ads.
Connect Microsoft Ads to Pearl Diver
- Log in to Pearl Diver.
- Go to Actions in the left-hand navigation.
- Select the Microsoft Ads integration tile.
- Click Authorize. This opens a window prompting you to sign in with your Microsoft Ads credentials.
