Pearl Diver uses single sign-on (SSO), so you sign in with the Google or Microsoft account your company already uses. There's no separate Pearl Diver password to manage.

✅ Before you start

• You need a Google or Microsoft account. Pearl Diver doesn't support other identity providers.
• The account must use your real address, not an alias — alias addresses aren't supported and will fail to sign in.

Log in to Pearl Diver

1. Go to https://pearldiver.blackpearl.com/, or to https://manage.blackpearl.com/ if your team uses the Manage app.
2. Choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
3. Complete your provider's sign-in screen. Pearl Diver opens straight to your dashboard.
