How to Integrate Pearl Diver With Google Drive
Export your Pearl Diver Custom Audience data directly into a Google Drive folder as CSV files.

The Google Drive integration exports your Pearl Diver Custom Audience data directly into a Google Drive folder as CSV files, giving you a straightforward way to move audience data into your Google Drive environment.

✅ Prerequisites

  • A Google account with access to the Google Drive folder where data will be exported.
  • A folder in Google Drive where data can be uploaded.
  • At least one Custom Audience already created in Pearl Diver.

⚡ What you can do

  • Export Custom Audience data to Google Drive as CSV files.
  • Authenticate securely using Google OAuth.
  • Configure exports at the audience level, kept in sync between Pearl Diver and Google Drive.

🛠️ Set up the integration

  1. Log in to Pearl Diver.
  2. Go to Actions.
  3. Click the Google Drive action to open the integration configuration screen.
  4. Click Connect with Google.
  5. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Google Drive, then review the requested permissions and click Allow.
  6. Select which folder you want Pearl Diver's files to go into. You may need to create a folder in Google Drive first. Folder selection screen for the Google Drive integration

Select a storage drive

  1. In the Action Configuration panel, click the Storage Drive dropdown.
  2. The folders you selected in Google Drive appear as options.
  3. Select the folder where audience data should be exported.
  4. Click Update to save. Data syncs into the selected folder.

Add audience configuration

Once authorized, choose which Pearl Diver audiences export their data to the connected Google Drive folder.

  • Under Audience Configuration, select one or more audiences to connect.
  • Click Update to save.

🔍 Where it appears in Google Drive

Once synced, audience data lands as CSV files in a folder named audienceName_audienceKey, inside a parent folder named for the audience type: web or intent.
