How to Integrate Klaviyo With Pearl Diver
Authorize Klaviyo from your Pearl Diver dashboard, then find your synced contacts in the Pearl Diver list.
Connecting Pearl Diver to Klaviyo lets you target high-value prospects with your Pearl Diver leads, and run personalized email campaigns and retargeting based on the behavior and intent data collected on your website.
✅ Prerequisites
- A Klaviyo account and valid login credentials.
- An audience connected in Pearl Diver for the data you want to send, with the "Klaviyo" action selected.
Connect Klaviyo to Pearl Diver
- Log in to Pearl Diver.
- Click the + icon next to Actions, on the right side of the dashboard homepage.
- Click Klaviyo in the left-hand navigation.
- Click Authorize. This prompts you to log in to your Klaviyo account.
Warning: Because this integration is new, Klaviyo shows an alert saying the connection hasn't been published. Click Continue to proceed anyway.
🔐 What Pearl Diver asks Klaviyo for
- Accounts (accounts:read) — required by Klaviyo for the authorization itself.
- Lists (lists:read, lists:write) — needed to create an initial list named Pearl Diver in Klaviyo.
- Profiles (profiles:read, profiles:write) — needed to create and update profiles in Klaviyo.
These permissions let the integration create a Pearl Diver list and sync it to Klaviyo. The integration never deletes contacts. Click Allow to proceed.

Default fields map to Klaviyo automatically. To build custom mapping, use the Zapier integration or the Pearl Diver REST API.

Find your Pearl Diver contacts in Klaviyo
- In Klaviyo, go to Audience → Lists & Segments.
- Select the Pearl Diver list.
- View all contacts synced from Pearl Diver.
